  • All Adelaide Yoga Stretch Classes run for 50 mins and bookings are essential, using our convenient online booking system
  • We encourage you to attend classes 5 minutes early to stretch and unwind in our studio ready for the session
  • Yoga Mats and Bands are supplied by the Shamata Studio
  • Yoga Classes are held in the Shamata Studio and in the Shamata Hall (opposite to studio entrance)

Please Note: This class is led with thorough instructions and demonstrations, making it suitable for those new to yoga as well as experienced yogis who want to refine and deepen their yoga practice. The class will give you a greater understanding of how to move safely in and out of poses and will allow you to discover the most appropriate alignment for your body.
