I have had nothing but good experiences since starting and am quickly turning into a “Shamata addict”. I absolutely love the classes and the atmosphere and after attending several pilates studios I cant express how happy I am with the workouts and the service.

I want to congratulate you on the service you offer – I have loved the classes that I have been able to attend and I can feel the difference that they have made to me.  I am definitely a fan of Pilates and in particular, I am a fan of Shamata Pilates.

I am extremely impressed with everything at Shamata Pilates. Marlisa and Srey are great and each instructor has their own style yet they all leave me feeling like I had a challenging workout, totally relaxed and stress free. Everyone I have spoken to loves the classes and they are made to feel very personal and special.

The variety in the classes are excellent, I find myself engaged each time as I do not know what that session will bring. I can feel my body changing from the inside out.

Fabulous way to start the day! I love the small class sizes and personal attention, the use of equipment, and the wonderful relaxation and tea to finish. Thank you!

Mel is a passionate and inspiring instructor and I feel more positive simply having gained a better understanding of my body and look forward to putting her advice in to practice.

Melanie has created a calming studio environment where I was able to unwind and give my body some much needed attention. The class was both challenging and enjoyable (challenge class). I left feeling so energised!
