making a booking is easy!
just follow these simple steps below.
Here at Shamata Pilates we understand that you can’t always plan your life in advance, so have made it as easy as possible for you to book in and out of any class. Simply use any of the 'book this class' buttons or download the MINDBODY App to create a Shamata Pilates client login, book and pay* for your classes.
If you already have an account with us you can login via the 'login' button in the menu bar (far right).
*payments can be online, through the MINDBODY App or in Studio - We have Visa and MasterCard available.
Use the Shamata Pilates booking system to:
Book, change or cancel class bookings online instantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Pay for classes, private sessions (single use, class passes and memberships).
Receive instant confirmation of your bookings.
Receive booking reminders via email.
View your upcoming class bookings online and in your personal calendar.
Check how many Class Credits you have left on your passes.
View stats about how many classes you have done and any purchases/orders you have made.
how to book classes in the MINDBODY app
Go to the play store or app store and install the MINDBODY application.
Click 'Continue using Email'.
Either create a new account (if a new client) or sign in using the email and password from your account.
(ensure that you have created a password for your Shamata Pilates account)
Select 'Share Location', if you want the app to know where you are. Otherwise, select, 'cancel'.
Click the search logo (magnifier) in the top right corner and type in 'Shamata Pilates' in as the Business name and 'Adelaide' as the city,
Select 'Shamata Pilates' from the drop down list.
Click on the heart to make us your favourite Studio.
Click 'Schedule' to see the class schedule.
Click ‘Book’ on the class you wish to reserve a place in.
You will know you have booked because ‘Book’ will read ‘Booked’.
(if you do not have any Class Credits you will be redirected to the store where you can purchase a Casual Class or Class Pass)
how to cancel classes in the MINDBODY app
If you can't make a class/appointment you can cancel your reservation directly from the app.
Tap the 'Menu' icon (three horizontal lines) at the top left corner of your screen.
Select 'My Classes' or 'My Appointments' from the main menu.
Choose the scheduled class or appointment you wish to cancel.
Tap the 'Cancel' button at the bottom of the screen.
When you choose 'Cancel Class', you will get another pop-up to confirm the cancellation: "Attention! Do you really want to cancel class (name of class) No or Yes."
Be sure to click 'Yes' to proceed with cancellation. If you click 'No', your cancellation request/process will not go through.
(please note that verbiage may vary: instead of no/yes it may say cancel/ok)
After you click 'OK', you should then see the following message: "SUCCESS! You have successfully canceled (class name)."
booking cancellation policy
Please provide at least 6 hours notice of your cancellation to allow other clients an opportunity to book into classes you can no longer attend.
A full Casual Class payment or prepaid Class Credit will be automatically charged if less than 6 hours notice of cancellation is provided.
Platinum Members receive 1x No Show or Late Cancellation at no charge per month after which, a Cancellation Fee of $22 will be charged for each further No Show/Late Cancellation occuring in that same month.
wait list cancellation policy
Please note that our Cancellation Policy (above) applies as normal to automatic Wait List bookings, with the following exception:
If your Wait List request has been granted less than 6 hours before the class start time.
However, we ask that you still cancel at your earliest convenience if you cannot attend to allow another to take your place as there may be more clients on the Wait List after you.
how to make a recurring booking in the app
If you wish to book multiple classes, you need to have an existing pass with enough unused Class Credits to cover all of the classes you're requesting. If you don't have an active Pass or enough Class Credits, make sure to purchase one from the 'Buy Services' screen before making a class reservation.
(please note that you can also make a recurring booking by emailing email@example.com)
Tap the 'Menu' icon at the top left corner of your screen.
Select the 'Classes' section of your app.
Choose the class you regularly attend.
Select the 'Book Multiple' button.
Tap 'Start Date' to choose when your recurring booking will begin, and 'End Date' to choose when it ends.
(the 'Total reservations' figure will update with each date change)
When your dates are set, tap 'Book Multiple' to confirm.
other helpful notes
The app allows you to book at any interval of your choosing.
The app defaults to booking on a weekly basis, but you can choose how often you'd like to attend by tapping 'Recurring every 1, Week(s)'.
Don't see the 'Book Multiple' button?
The 'Book Multiple' feature may not be available on your version of the app.
