Please provide at least 6 hours notice of your Cancellation to allow other clients an opportunity to book into the class. A full Casual Class payment or prepaid credit will be automatically charged if less than 6 hours notice of cancellation is provided. For Platinum Members if more than one No Show or Late Cancellation occurs in any given month, a Cancellation Fee of $22 will be charged for each further Late Cancellation on No Show in that month.
Schedule Changes/Class Cancellations
Shamata Pilates reserves the right to cancel or change scheduling of any group class, private session or workshop at anytime.
We endeavour to communicate changes or a cancellation to affected clients as soon as possible. Please note that we have a minimum class bookings policy. Should a scheduled group class have fewer than 4 clients booked in, current booked clients may receive an email and text message from Shamata Pilates notifying them of a class cancellation due to low numbers. Decisions on whether a scheduled class will run or not is made 2-3 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. Luckily we don’t use this policy very often.
Shamata Pilates does not offer any returns or refunds on our Services. You may choose to transfer your Class Credit (if Casual Class) or Pass/s to another client or you will forfeit remaining Class Credits on your account. If you order a Pilates product you may return for a full refund within 7 days. Full refunds are subject to the product being un-opened, unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will only be provided when management can confirm your purchase through our retail software or receive copy of receipt.
Late to a Class OHS Policy
We want you to get the most out of your classes which is why we ask that all clients arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time. However, we recognise that sometimes traffic is bad or maybe school drop off takes a bit longer so we happily allow clients to enter a class between 5-10 after the scheduled start time. If you are any later we ask that you do not enter the Studio due to OHS for your body and to prevent interruption to other clients.
