Beautiful and calming Studio.
Meet, share and create friendships with other new mothers and their newborns.

NOTE: Please seek approval from your obstetrician or midwife before commencing postnatal Pilates class. It is recommended by most obstetricians to rest for 6 weeks following a natural birth and up to 12 weeks if you have undergone a C-Section/Cesarian. Most new mums return to exercise when their baby is 3-4 months old. At this age they are more comfortable within the Studio setting. Please seek approval to commence light exercise from your GP before commencing our Mums & Bubs Pilates classes. Thanks you!
We ask that you please bring a towel or blanket to place under your baby (this will prevent any bodily fluids from damaging our quality Pilates mats). Bringing a few small favourite Toys is recommended as this can help keep your young one content and entertained whilst you focus on your Mind + Body.
It is each mum's responsibility to take care of their baby at all times in class.
prenatal safe classes
Our RELAX & DETOX general Pilates classes are also pregnancy-safe. Non-pregnant clients (eg. supportive friends or family) are also welcome in these classes. Please inform our friendly Instructors of your pregnancy so they can take good care of you!
As a general rule, during the first trimester you can usually continue what you have already been doing before you fell pregnant. So, if you have already been practicing Pilates, it is generally safe to continue our general Pilates group classes during your first and second trimesters. If you have not been undertaking regular exercise or Pilates classes, it is best to rest during your first trimester.
When you reach your second trimester (14 weeks), we ask that you phase into our PILATES PREGNANCY classes which are suitable for mums-to-be at any stage of pregnancy.
The PILATES PREGNANCY classes run on Saturdays at 11.15 am. This will ensure you undertake pregnancy-safe exercises only, in a class specifically designed to support your body during this special time. Please refrain from attending our other regular classes after your second trimester, as we are not always equipped to provide pregnancy-safe modifications, and want to ensure you exercise in the safest way possible!
